He has worked for a variety of organizations from start up companies to Fortune 100 companies including Alcatel Telecom, Nortel Networks, 7-Eleven, General Dynamics, La Quinta Corp and Boeing Aircraft.

Nick Gasaway has been a member of World at Work since 1989 and has certifications in Compensation, Benefits and was the first to complete the international certification Global Remuneration. He has a Masters Degree from Southern Illinois University and two Bachelor Degrees from Southeast Missouri State University.
